I’ve made a bit of progress in this shot with the walls and also starting to put in the ceiling. Even with the foil insulation in place under the roof, the cave was stinking hot on a hot day, so I’ve opted to build a frame into the roof and add some insulation batts. I’ll leave the skylights uncovered for the natural light, which will also let the heat in, but hopefully with the double insulation in most of the roof, it will be a fair bit cooler than it currently is.
